My week in Vail/Edwards/Avon/BeaverCreek

Great videos! The winter one I thought was the best but made me think of the snow coming! Yuck! I must say snow falling in slow-mo just looks soo cool and never gets old for me. I also liked the timelapse at the end of the ice rink too. Thanks for sharing!

Hey thanks so much. Do you think this stuff , even though it was fun shooting, Could be used for stock footage?
 
thanks Kevin, Snow is already upon us in Vail :) I also must add that it was 10degrees when I was filming, and with almost knee high snow, standing for 30 mins in it froze my jeans. :)
 
Brrrrr, don't even want to think about that yet. :)
I'm sure my next trip will be somewhere cold as well.

As much as I hate it, snow sure looks beautiful doesn't it?

Did you LCD act up at 10 degrees? Mine was freezing at -9. Had to switch to the viewfinder for the rest of the morning.
Next trip I'll rig up a chemical hand warmer to the backside to keep it warm enough as I like to have one eye on the LCD screen and the other on my surroundings if you know what I mean. :)
 
In Beaver Creek, when I was shooting the ski lifts it was -5ish, and It did not act up on me, I had to use the EVF cause it was so bright from the snow. I prefer the LCD to our EVF, it seriously sits to far down the hallow finder.
 
Mmm, maybe it was colder than -9 in the woods. I was just going by what my car said when I was getting out of it in the morning.

I thought I had broke it until I realized what had happened. :)
