I finally got some free time to test out my new Panasonic GH4 and I must say I love it!
For these test shots I shot with the 4K UHD 23.976 FPS MOV codec and I am very impressed with the quality that I got. The camera feels amazing in the hands and there are so many features and functions in this camera it kept me busy for hours before taking it out for a spin! I mean you can change the display interface to be more video centric: FPS and codec visible, shutter angle versus shutter speed, timecode, etc. You also have audio controls, focus peaking, zebras, many different color profiles, just about everything I need make shooting on this camera feel more like a video camera.
The footage is ungraded, but I did make some small exposure adjustments as I noticed that the screens on the camera appear more dim than the final image on the computer.
I currently own the Panasonic GH2, Blackmagic Cinema Camera, and now the Panasonic GH4 each having their own unique purpose.
