My summer action blockbuster!

I'm getting ready to shoot Perception now... finishing off a short for Tim McNeil about Emily Dickinson...Punishment should see cameras roll in second half of 2011...It depends a lot on Ramin who has an action film to shoot overseas that begins in march/April...soon as he's back we go into Pre Prod...shooting will be in Los Angeles with a possible scene in the Middle East also...
 
Rocky and First Blood have GREAT stories. That should be pretty obvious. The sequels abused the concepts and devolved, but the originals relied on story primarily.

I'm a huge proponent of Story...what I built my name on really...the clip, as I said earlier, was to introduce you to some of the cast involved...it is not trailer...I haven't started yet. The clips are from other films made mostly by us in the same budget range. A short synopsis is on the website for the movie.

All films should be about the story...the content is infinitely more important than the technical...Hollywood might disagree, but that's what I believe.

This film will be a cross between 48 hours and Rush Hour...It has a sensational story, great martial arts, and it will be gritty and real with no wires... green screens...what you will see will be real.
