i placed an order for a battery on 4/12/10 at 1123pm. how long does it take for 1st class delivery to new jersey?

i ordered a battery back in dec. and i believe it only took 2 or 3 days to reach me. is there a hold up?
 
stll have not recieved my order. can you please tell me the hold up? i need this by 4/28/10 desparately. my original order date was 4/12/10
 
sorry. was in vegas last week, then sick this week. everything is going out today. I'll make sure you receive it by the time you need it.
