I started shooting this before I could get hold of an F3, so I filmed half on a GH1 with Zeiss Contax primes. IThe GH1 footage was shot in different conditions to the F3 but still holds up pretty well against the F3 (except the banding in the codec). One thing I don't miss about the GH1 is the monitoring, as I had to shoot everything via the bare LCD screen having sold my Zacuto Finder a few months back.
As with many of us who produce music videos for up-and-coming artists, we had a zero budget and no crew, except for two work-experience kids who helped out in the forest and desert scenes. Face designs by Marina Torjinski.
