my GH1 LCD keeps cutting out when tilted 180 degrees???

Has anyone else had this problem:

When I rotate the articulating LCD screen 180 degrees so I can film myself, the LCD screen keeps losing the picture...it just cuts out repeatedly. It doesn't freeze it just goes dead. Then a few seconds later comes back on and then goes dead repeatedly.

Anyone else had this problem?

Haha !

I had the same "problem" and I then discovered that there is a sensor just below the viewfinder that cut the LCD screen when you approach it (hand or head). You can disable this function in Pers menu-LVF/LCD AUTO-NO

That's it !

Actually the sensor is on the right of the viewfinder...

Lol, It frustrated me too till i figured out where the sensor was.
