Ok quick update we where selected to be screened at the The Brooklyn Museum this weekend! wish us luck!!!

Ok so here it is, a couple of grabs from my BMF entry, let me know what ya think, thanks for your input in advance...

joakim: the movie is based around a theme given by the festival at midnite (sept24th) - this year theme was "Bad Advice", i'll try and post the short by the end of the week..

coffee: Thanks coffee, i'm working on CCs them now, rendering is my killer, 6 hours to render 6mins (using magic bullet) - I'm trying to network my machines to make a farm

FindingMattch: He does attack the attacker with the cactus in the very next scene, i just like the look on his face on this shot, lol

kryptics - did you use the anamorphic adapter and a scene file setting to get your look?
or was it squeeze mode?

looks like he just masked it in post.

Masked in post - however, i did have my monitor on the camera masked so i know how much space i had over the top and bottom of the scene

Nice grabs...
did you make it on time? My team got disqualified for 15minutes late arraival.
But we had a blast making the short... it was 10 minustes long and we also did the "making of" which is an entire movie of itsown.

I woul love to se what you have done.

Dam that sucks Roman - we just made it, with about 10 minutes to spare - ours was only about 5:40 - we had loads of footage, but not enough good takes, anyways i'll try and post it by the end of the week -
