I never say this, but I would actually slow it down a little. Go through the first bit, with all the final footage, without showing the process. Then go back and show the process part, but slow down HOW you did it. Maybe I'm wrong, as I have never hired an intern for animation. They may get it from that reel, but it went by way too fast for me. The reel never drags so I think you are safe doing it. But that's just me.
