My first Real Music Video--MOVING IT, SHAKING IT---

Hey guys--
Well this was a challenge for me cuz I ran into some serious lighting issues and a real creative block BUT I'm finished.

Two things
1. Yes, I know the video is interlaced. FCE+24P=SCREWED.
2. Whats a good clear exporting format for FCE?
