A couple of weeks ago, I put up a couple of songs on craigslist looking for vocalists that were interested in collaborating. Sort of a long shot but I don't mind putting out feelers every once in a while to see what's out there.
Shortly after, I got a call from a guy who manages a series of different musicians, some singers as well as a drummer, guitarist and I have no idea what else. He told me about hearing the music and wanting me to meet up w/ the singers he knows, as well as a guitarist & a drummer. Our first meeting is tomorrow morning.
I'm excited, but sort of confused as well. I've got no idea what he's looking for or how things will go, or what's gonna happen. Mostly I'm happy that it's at least moving in the right direction, and even if things don't work out, at least the interest is there.
