My First GH1 test

Been a long time lurker, finally got a GH1 based on all the valuable input from all the regulars. Thank you so much. The GH1 is simply awesome for its size, versatility, and simplicity and the kit lense is surprisingly versatile. Can't wait to get some fast manual glass and really make it sing.

I picked up the GH1 at Glazers, charged it up, and went to Pike Public Market and shot for 45 minutes. There are a couple of underexposed and out of focus shots... I am still learning all the controls and the histogram. Also, sorry for the handheld, but The Market will require a permit or beat you in the street if you use a tripod. H264 steps on the quality a little, my ProRes422 version looks a little better.

Version with no color correction (straight from camera):

Version with Random Color Correction Tests (Each subject has a different setting:

720p (60p)
Smooth mode
Kit Lens (14-140mm)
1/60th and 1/125th
ISO varied from 200 to 640
All Handheld (sorry Market won't allow tripods)
Manual Focus and Autofocus Test
Logged and Transferred to ProRes 422 using FCP 7
Quick clip trimming in FCP 7

I liked the original better than the random cc versions too. I would have tweaked the originals a little but not go so extreme as the random MB presets I used. I was just testing the robustness for CC in general
