UFO Documentary SIU-FIles: Into the Marley Woods
http://www.joshjohnsonfilms.com/SIUTrailer.html
This is more of like a product showcase than a trailer I guess but I gave to a ufologist to take with him for his lecture this weekend.
I have some renactments that I shot with dvx and used C4D and AE that I may post later along with a digital timelapse made in AE.
"SIU-Files: Into the Marley Woods"
It features the well known ufologist Ted Phillips (seen on history channel).
First I will start off saying their are some things I would change about my documentary but as most of you know a deadline is a deadline. My budget for this was about 400.00 that mostly includes donations we received. Of cousrse that doesn't include the money I spent on all of my equipment/software.
The first interview of the film I didn't shoot due to time constraints (work mostly) but everything else my brothers and I shot (not including home video b-roll) I did the bulk of this work in about 3 weeks.
Equipment/Software I used.
Panasonic DVX100b stock and Letus35 economy for two of the interviews.
Davis Sanford Tripod
homemade steadicam
Britek lights
Avid Xpress Pro HD
After Effects
Cinema 4D
Photoshop
Soundbooth
Encore
Sorenson Squeeze
Sonic Fire Pro
That just about covers it...
Here is my 3D version of my DVD.
