My first Demo Reel

Really guys! I don't know if this is something I should show. I want feedback and if there is a shot I shouldcut and find one thats more interesting I'll cut it. I don't have any old school camera Op's or producers to tell me if its crap.
 
I'm not some experienced veteran or anything so this is just an opinion and not something you should take with a heavy heart. The footage looks great. Very clean and clear. However, I think the music is a bit too epic for the images being displayed, as well as the editing style. It does more to overshadow it rather than emphasize what you're showing us. I think re-editing it to some more suited music would land you in the right ballpark for what you're going for.
Do you compose the music yourself?
 
No thats Justin Durbin he's a guy on this site who post in the audio section. He's got a few free-bees if you give him credit for them he doesn't mind people useing them. Your right I need to scrap the first few cuts and give it more epic shots. The music isn't going anywhere unless Justin asks me to stop useng it. I've done some cool projects but I was rushing myself
 
The music is def way over the top, also people are talking to the camera but we don't hear them...

Maybe duck the audio in a few places when people are talking directly to the camera and let us hear what they are saying?
