very good ... why does the camera jump? is that a render issue or from the timeline?

did you try adding the particles with the luma matte?

stay with Kramer! he's amazing
 
The particles are Luma Matte, they just don't begin spawning until almost halfway through. Kramer is the shi*!

When does the camera jump? I just watched it twice and didn't see it.
 
the very end ... like the last 2 seconds or something ... may just be my computer, but it happened at the same spot both times.
 
That shadow is really driving me crazy, it's orientation to the type isn't right. With a strong toplight like that you would hardly see any shadow with the type directly facing the camera, it would fall down out of frame. The type would have to tilted upwards more. Also, parts of the shadow extend behind the text making it even more "off".
 
The text is floating, and we pass through the light layers, so in Z space, they are in the foreground, above the the background text.
