MY DuelApater doesn't work!!!

Hey guys, Here is kashi with another Problem. So, I bought this DuelAdapter a few months ago it didn't work then. I finally picked it up today again and when i put it in the PCMIA port in my mac, it says " A USB Device Is Currently Drawing Too Much Power. The Hub It Is Attached To Will Be Deactivated" Please note, This happens on a mac fully powered with no hard drives attached. I did the whole troubleshooting thing that they suggest in the manual but my computer doesn't react to it at all. Nothing happens.
Then, I downloaded a driver which failed to install. It says i need to contact the manufacturer. So, i am contacting you guys first cos usually, ya'll know better. lol.

I haven't used the Duel Adaptor...but have you tried turning off your Mac and then inserting the adaptor...then turning the computer back on?

Also, did you make sure the switch located on the bottom of the Duel Adapter is in the "A" position? You need a small screwdriver to change the switch position from "B" to "A". "A" is the proper set up for use with a Mac.

Yea, I actually did turn the Computer off and then inserting the Adapter. I also checked to see if my power was on reserve but it's not. It's full blast.
 
Hey Jim, I actually did make sure it was on A. I read the manual they wrote for installation and Troubleshooting.

I wasn't aware that the Duel and the mac has problem together. I am in Berlin (Mitte)
