Great concept... I'd love to see more action... cooking... preparing food... the craziness inside the kitchen... lot's of noise... spatulas and utensils flying everywhere etc.
Must be an intense job, but this is not coming across with only the interview... Try and get in that kitchen

In regards to the documentary, I feel the subtitle font doesn't suit the film. Does anyone know what font is best for subtitles?
