The company I work for is going out of business so i though I would cut a demo Reel for advertising/promotional purposes as i plan on doing the film thing full time and make some cash as i live in a small area with no one really doing any videowork. Tell me what you guys think, It is all from my would have been Westfest entry that blew up into a 30 minute feature that i just finished and is being scored at the moment, a few small random projects, and a little from my first project which was a full length sci fi movie. Everything was shot with basically no budget and a stock DVX100B. I wanted to add more footage, but these things need to be short and sweet. Let me know what you guys think! ;)

Hmm...

Well your first scene is quite interesting.. I mean everyone has their artistic views, it just caught me off guard lol

Anyways the railroad track shot was nice, music is epic, although I know the tune did you add in other sounds too it? (Normal track is used in movie like Requiem for a Dream)

The torture scene? I wanted to get peoples attention lol also it is from the official remixed soundtrack.

yeah, I figured you did ha ha, plus I could see that was your style? From all the other different scenes, those are from your movie right?

I just shoot what I want really, it kept you watching right?lol and yes, a lot of that footage is from my "Machete-Western" I will be posting the full 30 minute feature in about a week. i'll keep you posted! ;)

I quite liked that. Your footage looks really good. My only issue is the "requiem for a dream" theme but that's really just a matter of personal taste. Good job dude.

Thanks man, I do agree that theme has been way overused, but Have been a huge fan of Clint Mansell for years and I just wanted something that was epic playing. I know what you mean though lol. I will probably cut a new trailer soon with more "original" music lol
