I'll post a work flow here in the next couple of days from a shoot I did for fun. This will go over stair-step, de-noiser, if needed(which on this particular shoot I did NOT need to use it) and which apps I used.

The first results are in. D/L the .mp4. Sorry it's only 5seconds long. Will have full version by Sat-Sun. Gotta be honest, I love it. Lighting setup was 200watt light w/soft box and 300w plus bounce board

Final version up. It's not 1080, cause there was no need for it. I don't think it came out quite as clean for some reason, guess I should've saved the settings I used, but anyway, here it is.
