Ahhh... wrong you are, Mr. Kirch. You're too new here to fully appreciate the history of using the "®" symbol on DVXuser.

For you see, I once owned the copyright on "...®". Yeah, that's right... the "..." people type to infer there is more to the story, but they just don't feel it needs to be typed(?).

Don't believe me? Again, that's because you're too new to know. You can ask David Jimerson, Barry Green, Neil Rowe, John Hudson.... I mean, really, the list of those in the know is a long one.

Alas, I (long ago) relinquished my rights to the "...®" and decided to allow it to become public domain. I wish you well in your usage of such, if interested.

However, I will not be so kind and patient when asking you... no, demanding that you cease and desist with any usage of "Ha!®" followed by, "That's funny.".

Again, my legal counsel (Mr. Jimerson) is ready to defend my rights... to the DEATH!

I'm sorry Sir Terry. I'll have to create my own language then, so I don't have any copyright infringement lawsuits against me. ;)

Yes, Isaac, I do. In fact, that is precisely why you won't find any winkies® on DVXuser.com. I had to send Jarred a cease and desist order in regards to incorporating the winkie® in his pool of emoticons. Jarred kindly obliged and all has been well until Mr. rlm7189 came in here stealing copyrighted sayings and winkies® like a 12 year old with Kazaa. :angry: :) :cheesy: **
