Man....carne asada! That came close! In fact, these Texan home-made flour tortillas were rockin' me for a while! When I lived on the east coast, i used to get sick from flour tortillas (no idea why) but the way they makE them here in Tejas is CRAZY... It tastes like a flat warm buttermilk biscuit...and the breakfast tacos....aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaggggghhhhhhhh....Lengua (cow tongue) is also pretty big down here, and so is barbacoa (cow cheek meat)
sounds gross, and i used to be a city boy, but don't let the knocking preceed the trying!

But right now, maki is makin' me madddddddd....

Dragon rolls.....mmmm....spicy tuna....mmm....I even tried and liked a salmon SKIN roll...crispy and bitter, but GOOD...
