My Amazing Camera
Let me tell you a tale. Back a long long time ago… about a year ago a nice fancy new Camera was released by Panasonic. This really cool Camera was given the name Panasonic DMC-GH1. It was a fine photo dSLR camera with High Definition video recording. Unfortunately the GH1 was born with a birth defect, it had a crippled video CODEC that was limited to a paltry 17mbps. This very fine little camera was beat-up by the bully on the block the Almighty Canon 5D MK2. The little GH1 had many amazing features like the Micro4/3 standard and swivel LCD viewer that the bully 5D did not but it was forced to hobble along in the video quality competition. Then one night a freakish Russian Ogre named Tester 13, who in fact was a Super Hacker Prince in disguise recoded the GH1 firmware and like a Phoenix arising from the ashes…. the GH1 came back and dethroned the evil Canon 5D MK2. 100mbps MJPEG FULL HD video at the unheard of 4-2-2 color space. 50mbps AVCHD video that blew away cameras triple the price. This picture is a Frame Grab from the GH1 video. Not a Photo. Amazing.
