my af100 turned pink....

I was shooting a live concert with my af100 the other night. Before the shoot I turned on my camera and tested everything....fine.

I arrive on location, put on a novoflex adapter and nikon lens, turn on the camera and everything is pink. On the LCD and through the viewfinder. I think maybe it's the lens. I turn off the camera and try a lumix micro 4/3s lens. Pink. I turn the camera off and on. Pink. Try removing the battery. Still pink. I try recording a bit and check playback. This is what that video looked like:

Lens and sensor look normal. It dawns on me to try a black balance. It takes a few seconds longer than normal and the (now black) screen looks a bit jittery, but when I take off the lens cap everything is normal again.

What went wrong? Should I be concerned that this may happen again? Camera is not yet six months old. Time to send it in for service already?
