Wow. Ram, I really enjoyed this.
I think you've got an amazing, stunning 2.5 minute reel that's buried in this 6 minute reel. A lof of the shots go on for too long and there are some shots that are not as good.
Your reel is only as good as your worst shots. Get someone you trust to tell you the worst shots, and then get rid of them. Also, quite a few of the shots go on for too long.
You have a very nice mixture of different shots. For some, the music you chose fits great, for others (like the sexy girls dancing), the music is painfully bad. Please choose a different song or blend a mixture of songs).
Revise this and you'd have a killer reel! You definitely have great footage.
