Man,

I just went to dvfilm.com, and to my surprise they have on their home page an announcement of a software that will convert the HVX's MXF file format to 24p Quicktime.
The camera isn't out yet, and this dudes are already creating software for the conversion.

This is really exciting.

Here is the link that talks about it: http://www.dvfilm.com/hvx200/index.htm

They do mention that the camera hasn't been out yet, and that it's all based on released information.

All the best

Fidel.

The HVX is not the only camera to use MXF, although even the website you posted doesn't seem to acknowledge this.
