Ok, what program can I use to view MXF files? I know Avid you can, but I don't have Avid and thats a rout I don't want to take.
I'm asking this question because I just updated my HVX to handle P2 cards that are 16gigs. I aslo updated Final Cut Pro 2. The problem I'm having is that when I open my FCP 2, then go to log and transfer, it crashes on me. I set my HVX to 1394 device and it pops up on my MAC. I'm not sure why this is happening. It worked on my buddies computer (Transfering), but when I use someone elses computer...it does not work.
Let me know what the problem can be.
