Has anyone bought anyting from this store?

I purchased an item and it's been a month and still haven't received it. I emailed them several times and called them. THey said they would track it down and call me back but I always end up calling them first. (To be honest, it hasn't been a month- 24 days but that's still damn long.) Especially if I live 25 minutes away from the store.

This sucks. It could be shipping's fault because they said they sent it out but I am still very unhappy with their service.

Any other experience with this store?

Do you have a tracking # for this item? That totally sucks! 2 weeks is the longest I've ever had to wait and you said 24 days. WOW! Are you sure you're not ordering a mailorder bride. That can take up to a month, , not that I've done anything like that before. I'm sorry to hear that man and I hope you get your item soon. I hope what you orderd is nothing expensive.

24 days! B&H takes like 1-3 days to get to me in DC. Filmtools takes 3-5 days. My ipod got drop shipped from China and that only took a week. Cancel the order to tomorrow morning and order from someone reputable.

So it's okay to be mad then.

I called them and told them I would pick it up, but they said that wasn't allowed because of tax purposes (I had it shipped to a friend's in NJ which is 45 minutes away).

Should have just gone to B&H, I am so mad.

I actually ordered a Sennheiser ME67 & K6 module from them about a year ago and had no problems. Maybe I was just lucky!

They're screwing with you, so just cancel the order and take it up with your credit card company if they refuse.
