Has anyone purchased and recieved any of this stuff from him?

Yes. I bought the crane, glidecam 4000 pro with monitor, Redrock M2 adapter, Nikon lens from HER. All of these tiems were in perfect condition when I purchased them. I live five minutes from her so the purchase was easy and convienient.
