Hello board. I'm a new poster and longtime lurker around these parts. So I've been shooting music videos for the past year. All of them were shot using the DVX100A. I'm looking for honest criticism as I am constantly trying to improve. I think I need to make the switch to HD. What do you think?

Hi,

Watched your clips, I liked the Imagination clip a lot.

The question about switching to HD: probably yes (since you're not just filming for your own pleasure it's something you'd end up with anyway). I'm having the same thoughts for myself and as of last month (when I rented a HMC150 for a job/project), I am definately saving up for a HMC. The DVX doesn't realy keep up with al the large LCD pannels and large beamer presentations I get confronted with. (Partly my lack of filming skills I must admit.)
