Music Video

Impressive! Anything shot in one continuous take wins points with filmmakers, and the behind-the-scenes video is a good reminder to me that I should think twice before trying this at home.

They also did a good job, I think, in fighting a problem common to long takes: they can feel slow or even weird. The parts where you normally would just cut to get from Point A to Point B, you have to wait while the camera moves. I think here they did a good job choreographing everything, so that even as we move scenes we are always looking at something visually interesting. I liked the lighting and set design.

Cool to see the BTS video. When they went through the doors and every time they moved behind/past poles etc I saw opportunities for edits in post, but no. They really did it all in a long take.
Quite a dance of teamwork to pull that off
