I recently completed a zero-budget music video for a local unsigned band, using borrowed kit, my own GH2, and pulling in plenty of favours to get the job done.
The main camera was an HPX500, which was mounted on a Wally Dolly. B - cam was the GH2, which used cbrandin's 66mb patch, and a FD mount 50mm 1.8 lens bought at a very cheap price from ebay.
No lighting was used, everything was achieved using daylight that entered the roof of the location.
Post was done on an old G5 mac, and I used 5DtoRGB to convert the MTS files to AppleProRes.
I actually think that the GH2 has the edge over the HPX500, see if you can guess which setups used the GH2!

Making this video was a lesson in producing for me. Everything was achieved for nothing, no money was spent, it's true that if you ask the right person you can get something for nothing as long as you are polite and appreciative.
