Music video with effects

Hello all... Long-time lurker, first time poster here. This was actually a mock video a did quite a while ago (probably more than a year old) for the Fischerspooner Emerging Filmmaker Contest. I wasn't sure whether to post this in Screen Grabs, Vegas, or After Effects. Other programs I used included Macromedia Flash and Photoshop (I'm a graphic/web designer by trade). It took about 30 actual minutes of filming against a homemade greenscreen and 2 days of post (creating background images, greenscreening, syncing up). As far as a theme or storyline, there is none. This was mostly an exercise in editing and compositing.

It was my first attempt at using After Effects heavily and the DVX at all. (I actually forgot to turn up the mics so when it came time to sync up to audio, I had to go by pure sight! ::) Certainly won't make that mistake again...) The "star" was the best dancer I knew, that somehow managed to freeze up in front of the camera when showtime rolled around. :-/ Also, there is a moment in the video where the imagery seems to be a little off-sync. When I was putting it together, my computer got so slow at times, that I couldn't properly preview. Overall, though, I think it turned out alright. Anyhow, please take a moment to look it over and give me your opinions on the visuals and rhythm of editing. Thanks!
