What's going on everyone? Well, I shot a music video a few weeks ago. Normally, I have a music video cut up in just 3 weeks but due to some drama on set, I decided to release another teaser. I love hyping up Music Videos with a teaser. It's a great way to spoon feed your viewers. Well Anyways, we shot on the RED and wanted to share with you guys my latest work. I hope you like, enjoy.

I normally don't do this, but if you have any questions that relate to this project, I'm more than happy to talk about it.

Did I see rolling shutter? Was it just an effect used to simulate flashes? What if that is the result of CMOS rolling shutter? People will use filters to mimic it so the audience will know it was a flash. Most likely a Vimeo issue. I think the teaser idea is great and the production looked clean and solid.

We used actual camera flashes from our background extras.

I don't really think it's a vimeo issue. I did enormous test to figure out what formate to use for my ending web presentation. I tested it on various media sites and it seemed to be the same across the whole board.

Quick Time Compression:
Ratio: 1280x720 (16x9)
Bit Rat: 6500kbs
Compressor: MPEG 4
Key Frame Rate: 30
Quality: High

I'm not using H.264 anymore until they fix their bugs. I invested 14 hours of my time to figure out what settings would best to represent my quality of work. H.264 can really hurt your blacks and Gamma. Creating your blacks to be washed out and decreasing your gamma. I'm very picky with my grading/visuals, so I'm not going to let some codec screw up my clean look.

As for your opinion, thanks buddy.
