Hi, my first post here although I have been reading these forums a lot within few months, thank you all the help btw, it has been priceless!

Anyway, I just made video with this camera so I wanted to share with you folks. I haven't done real video editing before, so it took some time to get work flow in order and it's not even near as perfect or with some frames even decent, but I needed to gave my self a deadline that I even get it finished.

I did some of the shots with wrong settings (double speed 50fps shots with 25 frames per second) so there is some "blinking" with some slow downs. I didn't have too much extra material, so I needed to leave all there but maybe we could consider it as an effect, but as you see not very good one ;)

Grteat video, cool song, I enjoyed watching it! Never done real video editing? Really? That's better than the stuff I do for a living! lol Nice job!

Thank you for the very kind words! I have done lots of graphic/web design, flash etc. so I can't say that everything was new, but most of the the software were. It took me 3 months to test all the things and glue it all together. This forum was big help with camera settings etc! Things like shutter speed was total gibberish from me when I started :D And probably still are ;)

One thing what I've learned in the process (it's probably just me) is that coming from music making background video editing software is terrible :D Ableton Live kind of software for video editing would be so nice, things like elastic audio changed to "elastic video" Beats per minute time base and super fast copying and track dragging, grouping etc would make everything so much smoother, I can't believe that I cant change track order with Premiere, how weird is that? Multicam editing wasn't an option in fcp or premiere because there was slow motion, some material in 720 and some other in 1080 and almost every way I wanted to use software in editing was not just working for me. Anyway, fun learning experience, I think next time I try to play more with trapcode particular, I just need to come up with an idea why or how to use it :D

Oh and as mentioned in the vimeo: We used LUMIX G VARIO HD 14-140 and Voigtlander 50/1.1 Nokton in case some one is interested.

Edit: Drums and green screen is a big no no ;) All the cymbals & chrome glowing green makes it challenging task. Any ideas how avoid that?
