Music video: Shyheim "Yeah Yeah" (HVX + Letus)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fjocq2ERwpc

Shot on an HVX 200 & Letus Adapter.

This is a music video I made with some friends for NY hip hop artist Shyheim. It was zero budget.... some of the equipment was personal and some borrowed from my school, location was a connection, and actors were unpaid. I know the storyline kind of dies after Shyheim's verse, but any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

why did you do this video with know budget. did you get paid at all. it looks good you should have gotten paid for this kind of work

great shooting and camera angles. The whole thing is layed out nicely. Initial acting in my opinion was a little hokey, but what do you want from free actors. Still a great job.

Outside shots are nice. Inside not lit so well. Lose the crummy dialogue and acting at the start and it could be pretty good. Also song is kind of short.

damn shyheim still trying to rap? havent seen that dude since his first song back in the day. video looked good, the actors were a little corny in the beginning but seems like thats always the case in music videos for some reason, almost like its done on purpose. i've never seen a music video with oscar winning performance actors. looks good bro.
