that was rockin ambush! I especially liked the shots with the blown out lights on the breakdown at about 2:30
what could have been better IMO?
I think you could have used some closer shakier shots to give the video some more movement. Also it seems the video is a bit too bright, maybe just adjust the contrast? The black bars are a dark shade of grey compared to the blackness of the site. It actually caught my eye right away and distracted me a little ,but otherwise good job best of luck!

The video look good. Interesting mix on the shots of the girl. The band shots are ok but nothing grabbed me. The editing was clean and did a good job of mixing the band in with the girl's story.

hey how much did that mini 35 cost? I thought the images of her in the beggining were amazing of her walking in the middle ground and the brush in the forground. it looks very 60s japanese cinema and the 2 35 wide screen matt helped.

That looked really good. All of the footage with the girl and the gas can looked awesome. Nice colors, nice editing. Were the band supposed to be in that barn, that she tourched? If so it would have been cool to see some smoke start to fill up the room while they were playing.

It looked very nice, although I felt the backround flaring was a little overused, and I agree with asylumproductions, you should have made up some shots/situations that connected the interior/exterior better, because it didn't feel you were talking about the same place, I just assumed it because it was the most logical solution in terms of the script.

Still good usage of the mini35!

Good work overall my man! Good band too! I would ahve liked to see something on fire though, perhaps a shot of the flames foreground and her background with a rack focaus. Would be easy to achieve by just building a small campfire. The band stuff was nice, although what shutter did you use? Was it 1/24 because of the low light? Just curious. That does let more in but gives it that "video transfered to film" vibe, then again that could just be the compression.

Overall though really nice work, the band must be stocked (if they are'nt, smack em!)

not bad, better lighting on the band would have made it rockin, and maybe a high shutter speed on the camera fo the handheld shots? need more super closeups with maybe a really wide lens? more color work in post would have done WOnDERS for this video!

I'm in no place to judge anothers work but that was pretty dern good. The pacing of everything seemed really good to me, and there were some good shots. I thought the lighting in the room the band was in was a little off, but not bad. I need to make a music video, and I probably would but I'm crazy and don't like the concept of trying to make a video I would like for a song I don't. Unless of course there were some band I liked that would let me make a video for them.
