Music Video Shot W Glidecam 2000

I liked your video,

The only thing I saw which I think could have made a stronger image was backing away from the subject and having a hiegher zoom number. You could have had a shallower depth of field if the camera was not so close to the subget... I understand that it will have been much harder to control the image with the glidecame if you had zoomed in.

good work. ;)

Great urban feel, this would fit right in on mtv. Note: I don't give praise lightly, this is really good!

great stuff...my 2 points are. I would like to see a larger file w better compression, I'd rather wait a while for the download if it means I'm going to get a better looking video. You maybe have issues with server pace and daily download limits which would explain it. Secondly, when compressing for wmv, I find it pays to play with the gamma to kill off that really dark footage before compression. Other than that it looked good. The girl didn't look very enthusiastic, sorta got that "Rather be shopping" look on her face.

Nice job man, good composition. Now if you want some advice this is what i can give you. I'll take your music video to magic bullet or FCP and do put some nice grain in it, make look less video. Some part dont look a lot like video, some does. And the girl, I think she was a little shy with the camera....but over all, I felt the energy.......good job!

good night!

I really liked the song which is inherent of a good music video. I think shooting in New York is pretty cool, I haven't watched much shot in New York as I'm on the West Coast (San Diego). However, I was curious as to what permits you must have to shoot in New York if everyone is shooting there? Your video makes me wanna go out and shoot something hip hop. I was thinking that the entire time. I've watched it 3 or 4 times now. I'm wondering if you could tell me more about the editorial and the color correction. I'm a highschool student still working on my first music video. I'm in post now. I ask a lot of questions, sorry. I'm eager to learn more about the methods of others.
