Music Video (school task)

This was a school task shooted with a DVX100A.

The rules was:
1. Only one minute, nothing more, nothing less.
2. You have to start from the beginning of the song, not choose a part.
3. You can choose which song you like.

Me and my friend choose the song "light the torch" with the swedish metalband "soilworks". This video isn´t in any way connected to the band, just a fun thing to do for learning.

Let the video talk for itself.
And yes i know the video ends rapidly.
But the idea is to show why all of this happen after that minute.

Wow pretty violent at the end but fits the music. I love Soilwork they will be here with Fear Factory in Dec. As for the short I liked it, I like all the fast paced zooming and cuts. It seemed to fit the music really well.

Updated the video a little bit, no big deal but i wanted to make the overexposed look more like the rest of the video. It was a little too big diffrent in the effects amount.
So i added a radial blur around her face and made a motion tracking to have the center och this radial blur stuck to her nose =)

And i also made a no post version where you can se the raw material.

D.L. --> Yeah i like soilworks too, but in my heart im a electronic blip blop fan ;)

A little sidenote is that the original video was made of some 3d students here at my school 2 years ago and i have to admit, this video have some similar style with their video but i think its more the music, where the chaotic fits the music
