Music video I did for my cousin

Here's a simple music video I did for my cousin using 3 cameras, A hacked GH1, Hacked GH2 and the SD600 camcorder. Normal room lighting which wasn't that great and the audio was captured live to the H4N's mics rather than hooked up to it unfortunately. It was also a pain to color grade all scenes especially the hand held camera and I did got it to match even more than what your seeing but since I ended up fooling around a bit, I got a look that is a bit unique to the rest and I figured it's not bad at all. For the next videos I do for him, the guitar and mic will hook up to the H4N and possibly have better lighting this time.

Yes some of the things were unfortunate but all and all, at least my editing made it look cool at least in my opinion and my cousin did a good job singing.

thats cute. but neither the setting nor any of the camera angles are particularly interesting...
i would have replaced the angle dead to his left with one from the right side. would be more visually interesting (than the back of the guitar?) and provide compositional contrast to the other 2 angles

I have to admit that I did see what you mean even while editing it but for some strange reason, I decided to keep that angle in so that I can have at least 3 angles in the video. For sure it should have been set up better to begin with. I'm currently thinking of new ways to do it and for sure the audio will be captured better this time. This was something I quickly put together just so he can have a music video on YouTube for the time being while we think about how we'll shoot other videos. He does both English and Portuguese songs and even has original songs although I'll do videos with original songs for last.

I think for a different style of videon that might have worked but for this particular video, your right that it looks out of place.
