Tell me what you think!!

I know I had 1 thing wrong in the video that I didn't like and its the camera shadow when they are on top of the roof, it drove me crazy!! But had to use the clips because its the only ones I had... Well, TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK!!

loooong intro, almost turned it offf then. cheesy text.

lips not in sync. turned off after bout a minute.

Sorry.

Very retro looking. I think you could have used more open shots instead of against a wall or the couch. The effects were very retro also, they were cheesy but it fit with the vibe of the song i thought.

i think it's lacking camera movement. The locked off camera and freeflow editing doesn't compliment each other. Take for example, a tracking shot for the couch scenes, a bit of a cliche but it's better than locking the camera off; also, on the roof, I know you had limitations with shadows but looking down a whole street means you'd be a fool not to make use of the depth. Just my 2 cents.

ha thanks everyone

A 35mm adaptor would be a major bonus. I like your editing style, i think you'll be making some extremely interesting videos soon :) But if you're going to use that editing style put some movement into the camera, not just the edit :)

sorry, i didnt read everyone elses posts before i posted.. But yes, i agree with them that camera movment would add a lot to the video, but as it is, it looks awesome, and i have watched A LOT of music videos. In your next video, get that 35mm adapter along with a dolly and possibly a cam crane if you can afford it, and you've got yourself an mtv video.. props..

I really like the opening OVERHEAD LOOKING DOWN shot. I feel the song could start right after the 1st white flash that comes in. Definitely could of gone hand held instead of keeping it on the tri pod for some shots. Also, some shots could have been cut a little shorter.

But man, I have to say I liked it overall. I felt that the song does match the tone of the video. If I were producing a video, I’d hire you. Good job Corry. Keep it up. Can’t wait to see the next one.
