Howdy!

I recently finished editing a music video for Even Elroy's song "Girls Kissing Girls" that I directed over the summer. It was an ultra-low budget affair, but I am quite pleased with how the camera performed.

Take a look here

I'm eager to hear what you guys think. Any feedback/criticism would be greatly appreciated.

thanks!

Everything was cut and color graded with Premiere Pro CS4. I tweaked the RGB curves and boosted the black levels a tad. I used After Effects for the TV motion tracking shots.

That night shot when he first walks out of the fast food place (.22) looks great. Would you mind sharing your setting for that?

Yup, it was day for night. I stopped my Nikon down a few stops more than perfect exposure. Then, in post I desaturated the colors.

Actually, I think that might have been my first time shooting anything day for night. It's remarkably easy to pull off. The key is to be mindful of the shadows and stop down the exposure while shooting.

I was thinking it was, but the results just look way better than anything I've ever accomplished doing that.
