Music Video: Atlantic

This is a music video that IAB productions did together, overall Shooting and Editing only took 2 days, It was shot on a HVX200 and a custom built steadicam.
Please let me know what you think!

Lot's of good looking shots, though the steadicam could have been a bit steadier at times. My main gripe is that i never saw anyone sing anything, nor play a single note, which doesn't really feel right to me as a concept for a video.
 
I didn't like the switch to the black and white (and red) at the end. I would have done a faded that in.

Apart from that, it's great except for the points that Dogcat raised.
 
Nice concept, but I agree with dogcat, add some shots of the singer and band. I also agree with Claw, fade the BW shot in the end. The girl in the water is she supposed to be dead? she looks like she's treading water, have her turn over like she's really dead and then do an underwater shot looking up at her face and have he suddenly open her eyes. Just an idea...

No CC that I could see.
No decission as to what you want this to look like.
Basically just a lot of (nicely shot) video sequences.
No dominating (estethic, coulour, defining) idea.

But that's just me...

And:
This is more of a directional note, but people looking bored doesn't always enthuse me

Actually just as a BTW, I wouldn't have bother to give the CC remark, if I thought the rest was crap -;)
