Music vid question

Sorry I'm new to this

I'm going to be shooting my first music video and am wondering.. You guys usually shoot at 30p right? What is the normal frame rate?

also...

What is a normal shutter speed for this kind of thing?

"Normal"? I'm not sure there is "normal"... but a lot of people shoot 24P (not 30), with a shutter at 1/60th.
