Music for short documentary

[mitchino]

I'm editing a short film about a craftsman, and want to add a nice piece of ambient music. The same kind of thing Mr Bloom uses!

I love the stuff on musicbed.com, but they come in at $199 dollars for web promotional use.

Anywhere I can get similar music for less?

Have you tried Pond5.com. I've found some reasonably-priced music there before.

Hi
I use various sources

These two are "free" but you have to give appropriate on screen credits

http://incompetech.com/music/royalty-free/index.html?collection=027&Search=Search
http://909music.com

Not used this one buit it's free http://freepd.com

and supplier local to me, not free but not expensive either i.e. about 10 GBP a track or a whole CD collection for 30 GBP and you can use without on screen credits.

Head to the stickies in this section and there are a bunch in one of the threads.

Unfortunately some of the links above are not in the stickies thread and the thread is locked :-(

But there are a lot more than the three you listed. I was just adding to his options.

But you should write Alex a message about bad links and stuff you would like to add. I'm sure he would be happy for the info.
