Music for Political ads

[Wilshireblvd]

Hey...anyone here have experience doing political commercials for candidates? Any good sources of music out there with that patriotic feel (or in the case of mudslinging...unpatriotic...haha)? I have a few here and there that I can find in Logic's library and a couple from other sources. With the election year coming, I want to be at the ready...

Check Digital Juice's Backtraxx. They have two libraries, both are hit and miss, but there's some good patriotic/Americana in there. And some ominous stuff...

EDIT: Apparently BackTraxx has been discontinued. There are other royalty-free CDs and libraries out there.

Check out SmartSounds SonicFire library and their SonicFire Pro software that you can get free with the first few disks you purchase.

Check out www.sounddogs.com They showed 272 hits for "patriotic". You can preview all the cuts online, pay online, and then immediately download your cuts in your preferred format. One of my favorite online vendors. Recommended.

Sign up for Digital Juices emails and you will find BackTrax popping up from time to time. They keep bringing them out for one more special. You could also look through their StackTrax but the BackTrax are a better bet/deal. Also BT1 was actually made by a different company and just marketed through DJ. Somewhere I saw the name so that might also be something to google.
