Multiple Camera Synchronization

I have recently upgraded to the new FCP and have really been digging the multi-camera editing features. As most of my projects are live events, this could be a huge time saver for me. However, I am having difficulty synchronizing my two DVX's. I figured that if I changed the time code on each to free-run, then the synchronizing would be done. However, one of the cameras free-run code is running according to the internal calendar and clock (right now that's 21:27) while the other one is running at a different time (04:46). It also seems to me that trying to synch them by setting the internal clock would not exactly be accurate. How do I synch the time code on these two cameras so that when I capture to FCP, the editing is done almost as live-mixing? Any help is appreciated.

Set them both to free run and tc preset. Then set the presets to be the same thing, and then put the cameras next to each other and trigger them both to accept the preset at the same instant, with the same remote control. That should start 'em off in sync and keep 'em in sync.
