multiple camera shoot with HVX 200 and canon 5D Mark 2 audio syncing

We are doing a 2 camera shoot at a live concert and I wanted to see if anyone had any tips to consider regarding audio syncing? How would you go about syncing a 5d to an HVX? has anyone had any luck with this?

My understanding is that the 5D has a limit on how long it can record per take, so you'll need to do it for every clip. If you have audio on the 5D you can listen very closely for words or musical phrases that have a clear ending or beginning. Match those spots and tweak to taste. If I need to do a lot of matching like that I sometimes put each audio track on a different channel so I can easily tell which one is early or late. And have the 5D be the one getting b-roll footage of the audience and things like that, since they won't need to be matched.
