Multi Camera Editing

I have been doing some 2 camera projects and am going to start a 3 camera project. I've been lining the clips up on the timeline using the audio to sync them up. I know there's some plugins that will make my life easier but I'm not sure my computer will run them. I've got a Gateway with a 2.0 processor and 1 gig of ram. What's a good plugin to use and where can I get it?

I'm using Vegas 4.0e (on a 1.8gz P4 with a gig of RAM) and Excalibur 2.0 for multicam stuff. Works just fine.
Do a search for it in this forum.
Hope this helps.

There are four multi-cam plug-ins to choose from: 1 by me and 3 by VASST.

Excalibur, as mentioned above, was written by me. It is currently at version 5 and you can see a sample video of it in action on my site. It has presets for up to 25 cameras but can handle more and has many tools beyond multi-cam as well.

The other three are by VASST. There is a free two cam version called Duo-Cam. Ultimate S has a version that works up to 4 cameras but also includes many other tools as well. And Infiniti-cam is available if more than 4 cams are needed with presets up to 100 cameras. Check out their website for sample videos and more info.

I give Excalibur a HUGE two thumbs up due to both ease of use and Edward's near immediate technical support!

David, I'm doing very well. A clean bill of health to do whatever I want to do but have now joined the crowd of the daily pill takers and 6-month doctor rotation. Never did find a cause for the problem, though. It "just happened".
