Just spent the last 4 days being the main camera on a shoot for The Diary of Dizzee Rascal, the UK rapper...
Check out all the videos here, the shoot went from Following Dizzee around doing stuff here in Auckland NZ over to Sydney Aus, him rehearsing and his final performance on the night.

All shot on Panasonic HVX apart from the main performance which was done by the OB vans,
40 P2 cards in total shot. I had 4 8 gig cards and was offloading via Powerbook g4 to either External drives while we were in the field and a 4 tb Editshare once we got to Sydney.
We had 4 Macpros on the site of the Awards all constantly cutting and posting videos.
All shot in 720 25pn using the Spark scene file as requested by the producers.
Out off all the stuff i shot the red carpet came up great.. scary the amount of CMOS cameras that were there... and camera flashes.. but of course the HVX held up very strongly..
Sorry about the flash compression i havent got access to the 720p stuff.
The footage will eventually be cut into a half hour show that will air on MTV Australia, not sure about anywhere else.
Two 14 hour days and Two 18 hour days later.. im back in NZ and sleeping
Edit: forgot to add, also check out the MileHigh gig video. This is the second time this gig has happened, and is the main reason Dizzee was over in New Zealand, Its basically 3 Live sets on a plane while flying between NZ and Aus.
We had 3 artists, Dizzee Rascal, Scribe (nz) and a Canadian rapper Trouble.
I was the main camera for this as well along with 2 second cameras, and i had the plane isle and had to deal with artists walking up and down the plane.. standing on seats, mic cables on the isle, (no wireless allowed of course..) and photographers... aghhhh
We also had 2 bass bins over heat... scary when your in a plane and you smell burning plastic.. we had to cut one of the artists sets short because of it and let them cool down.
What was really cool was teh fact we were allowed to do it.. there is no other Airline in the world that would let you have a music gig on a plane.. cheers Air New Zealand.
