GH13 MTS to AVI (for easy edit) produce interlace lines or banding ?

For easy edit with my old computer, i alwayz transcode for MTS footage to AVI (Canopus HQ) by Procoder 3.0 firstly. but noticed the AVI have interlace lines (or banding) on computer LCD... actually, I did the transcoding in same settings for both files. Really weird ...
Need help !!!

MTS:
GH13
PAL 720 25p (hacked, instead of 50p)
non-interlaced
shutter 1/25 or 1/50

AVI output settings in Procoder:
non-interlaced
1280x720 25p PAL

Just put it in IMG tags. Hit quote on this post to see.

To me it looks like an artifact caused by the 4:2:0 color space and that most evil of colors: red.

Thank you ben ! here is another example, looks it does exists everywhere, more noticeable with Red. btw, MTS is good enough, and bad enough for AVI afterward.

Yeah, that's not interlacing thats the color sampling (or what ever one calls it )

With 5DtoRGB you can get rid of those ugly red edges (somewhat).

EDIT: If you send me a clip, I can test if it'll work.

o really ? i will try and see...o wait, is that for Mac, instead of my Windows system.
wondering no other people have the issues ? weird...
