Mpeg-2 PlayBack>!? please help

im using and hvx200 and a pc. Will this allow me to extract DVD's to Quicktime. Im trying to upload some footage i shot and it is on a few dvds, was wondering would this be teh best quality. Thanks

This allows you to "playback" DVD's using Quicktime on a PC.

To extract DVD's you need some type of "Ripper" software for the PC.
Google should provide quite a few choices.
